Sitel Announces Wage Increase in Spartanburg Customer Experience Center

Sitel, a leading global customer experience management provider that delivers more than 2.5 million customer experiences every day, announced that it will be increasing the hourly wage rate for licensed agents to $15 in the Spartanburg site, in addition to hiring more associates due to growth.

"Our investment into our agents – coupled with on-the-job training and development – reaffirms our commitment to our people and long-term growth opportunities within our customer experience center," said David Rogers, Site Director, Sitel.

Sitel is offering a $1,000 hiring bonus for already-licensed P&C agents – who may be eligible to receive $500 after product training and $500 after six months of employment with Sitel.

Unlicensed applicants will start with a $12 hourly wage rate, which will increase to $15 after successful completion of the training course and licensing.
